I'm not sure what this is! Is this your work? Send me a pdf if it is (too small for my old eye!). I am still looking forward to your comparison table of different safe etching/ printing methods and the diagram that shows at which parts of the printing process students come into contact with dangerous substances and the potential harmful effects on them. I think that the first is essential so that you can make a strong argument why electro etching and not other methods (if the research shows this to be the case). The second might be contained in the first page of the image above. But a visualisation of the process will help you think through, explain and communicate safety issue more clearly.
